Solon AG, with its headquarters in Berlin, is one of the largest German manufacturers for premium photovoltaic modules. After the company formation in 1997, Solon was in 1998 the first solar enterprise in Germany, which went public.
With the acquisition of Solon modules for roof-top installations, one gets the possibility (in Germany and Spain) of receiving solar insurance free of charge for two years for the complete PV installation. The TÜV certification, according to the extended test IEC 61215 edition II and IEC 61730, also make it possible to use Solon modules in areas with particularly high snow loads (till 5,400 Pa).

The Scheuten company was founded in 1950 as a classic glass producer and in 1999 began to let its accumulated experience flow into the development of solar technology. Since 2003 Scheuten Solar is now represented in the market with photovoltaic products of its own. Leichtmetallbau Schletter GmbH is a family business seated in Upper Bavaria since 1968. Since 2002, the company's solar assembly systems department extended gradually and comprised 80% of the complete company turnover in 2007. Schletter works customer-orientedly and develops its product range further, always under the stipulation of the currently valid standards and the simple assembly.
